After 17 years of experience and over 600 weddings , we have
designed a planning guide that touches on every detail to help you
plan and organize your event and still is able to show case your
unique style.
We will meet with you as often as needed to help you with everything
from designing your one of a kind entrance to selecting the perfect
Father/Daughter dance song , to creating a well thought out time line
of events so that your evening flows smoothly , this time line will be
posted on your own online event planner page so you can view and

Your DJ team , which will consist of Kelly as your music and lighting
specialist and Susan as your event coordinator , will be working with
you , your family and your vendors the day of the reception to make
sure your time line runs smoothly . Everyone will be in the right place
at the right time , from making sure your photographer is informed of
all your events before they are announced so they are in the perfect

placed throughout the room to create a wash of color .These lights are computer controlled which allows us to match virtually
any color of the rainbow . We can change colors at anytime , fade from one color to another or have the lights change to the
beat of the music.
